Within lean manufacturing and thinking, the tugger train system is a staple of creating an efficient flow of materials within your facility. The STILL Liftrunner system is one of the premier global tugger train systems, which can be easily adapted to a wide range of environments. FlexQube carts and the FlexQube concept work closely and efficiently with the STILL Liftrunner Tugger train system. We have a long history of successfully implementing our carts and dollies to fit with the Liftrunner tugger train system.
Because of our flexible concept we can design any cart to fit any of the LiftRunner frames. Many of our pallet dollies are very common when an organization is looking at a STILL LiftRunner concept. We have recently sold over 1200 carts to Volvo Cars USA alongside an installation of the LiftRunner system.

- Ideal for heavy loads and large containers due to high load capacity
- Safe handling with an automatic safety back-up when sliding trolleys in
LiftRunner® E-Frame
- Depending on the orientation, trolleys can be loaded from the right or the left
- Excellent driveability and directional stability guarantees a high level of safety
- Quiet operation and low wear-and-tear, as trolleys are raised up during the journey
- A straightforward easy-to-use trolley de-coupling system
- Safe handling with an automatic safety back-up when sliding trolleys in
