    FlexQube is expanding the sales team and is now looking for a colleague that will have a key role in the sales of the FlexQube eQart, the new era of FlexQube´s smart, motorized, and modular industrial carts! The eQart Product Manager will take the role as the number one product expert, in order to manage successful sales and customer implementations of the FlexQube eQart.

    As a product manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the eQart sales and the value it will create for the FlexQube customers. The work is done in a dynamic and innovative team, all with the same goal to make FlexQube customers world leaders in intralogistics.

  • Sales Engineer - Dallas, Texas

    Sales Engineer – FlexQube

    Who we look for

    To our innovative and fast growing company we are looking for a Sales Engineer with a very strong drive and commitment to customer service and growth. The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept and driving sales for FlexQube in USA together with our current team.

    What you will do

    • Managing current customer accounts but more importantly drive sales at new customers (most of our sales are direct to end customer)
    • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing and logistics in our industry segments. This means book meetings and manage customer accounts with Purchasers, Manufacturing Managers and Engineers on the customer side mainly.
    • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization as many of our customers have locations in several countries
    • During customer meetings describe the FlexQube concept and gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes. Then manage the projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer.
    • Manage projects involving automation with our new product eQart which is a autonomous solution for material movement, yet customizable since it is based off the same standard building blocks from FlexQube.
    • Location in the US is flexible – You will be working from home when not travelling
    • You will be working in a global company with sales in 25 countries
    • FlexQube manufacture out of Swainsboro, GA
    • You will report straight to the CEO (located in Sweden)

    Desired skills and experiences

     

    • High social skills and goal oriented
    • Strong drive and highly motivated! Wants to be part of a company in strong growth (>100% annually)
    • Good at working without management / finding own solutions to problems
    • Preferably an engineering background and experience from lean manufacturing projects especially within material handling
    • Experience from automation projects including AGVs or similar equipment is preferred
    • Experience from intralogistics and supply chain logistics
    • Interested in sales work, like prospecting, analyzing potential clients and reaching out to new customers (cold calling). The majority of our leads come to us at the moment so the cold calling is limited but still an important tool as we are still a small player in the market and knowledge about our existence is limited
    • Flexible with work hours
    • Work involves travelling up to 3-4 days per week
    • Dedicated to customer satisfaction
    • Compensation model includes commission
    • We use digital tools for our communication and processes, hence a modern approach to technology is needed

  • Technical Support Engineer - Munich, Bavaria, Germany

    About the position

    • As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key player to help our customers with commissioning, field support and service in Germany and other parts of Europe. The position will mainly concern the eQart, the most flexible automation concept in the market for material handling.
    • You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers with our eQart product but also for our other mechanical carts.
    • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
    • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
    • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Global traveling to visit customers and attend tradeshows
    • The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast growing company acting in a fast-growing market of warehouse and factory automation.

    Responsibilities

    • Help sales team with demoing the eQart and commissioning eQart projects on customer sites
    • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issue
    • Evaluate and test the performance of the developed software and products
    • Frequent traveling within Germany and rest of Europe to support with customer setup of eQart applications as well as service and support after commissioning
    • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
    • Ensure all issues are properly logged
    • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or master’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, software engineering or similar
    • Experience from material handling industry is preferred
    • Experience in IoT applications and connected products
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
    • You are fluent in English and German

    • As a product owner, you will be a key player to develop the next generation of FlexQubes eQart, the most flexible automation concept in the market for material handling.
    • You will be fully responsible for software development, which includes specifying requirements, identifying tasks, work with software logic and algorithms, and plan for new sprints.
    • The work involves the very latest in technology, such as Nvidia TX2 and Xavier platforms, Lidars, 3D cameras, and SLAM technology.
    • Global traveling to visit customers, attend tradeshows, and FlexQubes development team in India.
    • The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast growing company acting in a fast-growing market of warehouse and factory automation.

    Responsibilities

    • Use C++, Python, Java, and ROS to develop the eQart softwareCreate a high-level product roadmap that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering
    • Be responsible for the software development process
    • Coordinate tasks, manage the backlog of use cases and plan for new sprints
    • Evaluate and test the performance of the developed software and products
    • Frequent traveling to the software development team in India

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or master’s degree in mechatronics, software engineering or similar
    • Excellent skills in C, C++, Python and Java. Experience in ROS is an advantage.
    • Experience in IoT applications and connected products
