  • Mechanical Engineer

    Job duties

    At FlexQube, you will be responsible for the mechanical development of new and existing products, including design for manufacturing, and assembling. You will be part of a fast-growing cross functional team including software, hardware, and system engineers. This is a role for a person with high analytical skills, but you should also like to work hands on in order to test and improve products.

    •Manage mechanical design from requirement to complete product
    •Understand customer user cases and requirements

  • Purchaser

    The position

    As we grow our business in Europe we look for more great people to join our FlexQube Family! Your focus will be purchasing and planning, both operational and strategic. You will work closely together with our suppliers and operations team to secure efficient and profitable customer projects.

    Required skills:

    • Ability to work independently in the following areas:, procurement, negotiation, agreement management, business assessment, cost- and risk analysis, market analysis.
    • Knowledge about strategic procurement, purchasing

    Main tasks:

    • Place and follow up on purchase orders to external suppliers
    • Negotiate prices, terms and other variables

    • Maintain high quality master data to build correct forecasts for all major process flows
    • Work with continuous improvement together with operations team to optimize processes and increasing customer satisfaction.

  • German Speaking Concept Engineer - Gothenburg, Sweden

    About the job

    FlexQube is now looking for a German Speaking Concept Engineer to be a part of our Operations Team in Gothenburg where also the HQ for the FlexQube Group is located. You will work in the design department that worsk alongside our sales team and dealers to create customized design solutions.

    The Concept Engineer is responsible for the work of transforming customer requirements into the most optimal cart design with shortest possible lead time. We are looking for a person with very strong drive and committment to customer service and growth that are truly passionate about technology and by finding applicable solutions.  We are a disruptive material handling & intra-logistics supplier and with our flexible and robust concept we are able to deliver future-proof material handling carts to our customers.

    We work both with fully mechanical carts but also with robotic solutions with our autonomous eQart product line.

    What you will do

    • Manage customer design projects by interacting with the customer either onsite at the customer location, in a web meeting (what we call DesignOnDemand™) or by other communication channels.
    • Work closely together with our Sales Organization to translate the customer need to the perfect solution using our modular and flexible cart and rack concept
    • Discuss and recommend solutions for customers based on all existing solutions in our Solutions Library™ (where all our designs are posted online)
    • Manage customer projects from start to finish in close collaboration with our design resources located in India
    • Coordinate design resources to deliver cart projects according to specification and time plan
    • Prepare and host design review sessions (live design meetings) with customers worldwide
    • Approval of requirements, projects and cart designs as well as drawings and documentations
    • General development of Technology Concepts (shelves, tow bars, etc.) for better and improved designs
    • Development of design processes to reduce lead time and costs for making designs
    • Work involves being available to coach designs sometimes during evenings and some Saturdays (but work hours are flexible and we use online communication tools so work can be conducted remote)

    Desired skills and experiences 

    • You are fluent in German
    • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher within engineering
    • Good knowledge in CAD software (we are currently using Inventor-Autodesk)

    PURPOSE OF FUNCTION/ THE ROLE

    We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

    To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

    MAIN WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
    • Administrating of our CRM system (Salesforce).
    • Providing quotes to sales representatives in the field.

  • FlexQube Sales Engineer (Various Locations)

    Priority Locations: Pennsylvania, California, Germany (Multiple Locations). 

    Who we look for

    To our innovative and fast-growing company we are looking for a Sales Engineer with a very strong drive and commitment to customer service and growth. The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept and driving sales for FlexQube in the Region.

    What you will do

    • Managing current customer accounts but more importantly, drive sales at new customers (most of our sales are direct to end customer)
    • Manage assigned Dealer relationships to help drive Sales
    • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing and logistics in our industry segments. This means book meetings and manage customer accounts with Purchasers, Manufacturing Managers and Engineers on the customer side mainly.
    • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization as many of our customers have locations in several countries
    • During customer meetings describe the FlexQube concept and gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes. Then manage the projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer.
    • Manage projects involving automation with our new product eQart which is a autonomous solution for material movement, yet customizable since it is based off the same standard building blocks from FlexQube.

    You will be working in a global company with sales in 25 countries+

    • Work involves travelling up to 3-4 days per week
    • Use digital tools for our communication and processes, hence a modern approach to technology is needed.
    • Work with internal and external teams to advance the Flexqube sales proposition.

    Desired skills and experiences

    • High social skills and goal-oriented
    • Strong drive and highly motivated! Wants to be part of a company in strong growth (>100% annually)
    • Good at working without management / finding own solutions to problems
    • Preferably an engineering background and experience from lean manufacturing projects especially within material handling
    • Experience from automation projects including AGV/AMR or similar equipment is preferred
    • Experience from intralogistics and supply chain logistics
    • Interested in sales work, like prospecting, analyzing potential clients and reaching out to new customers (cold calling). The majority of our leads come to us at the moment so the cold calling is limited but still an important tool as we are still a small player in the market and knowledge about our existence is limited
    • Dedicated to customer satisfaction
    • We are looking for the engineer who is customer centric and want to see happy customers!
    • Four-year college degree preferred or four years of applicable work experience.
    • CRM experience (Salesforce)
    • Must be a team player that works well with Flexqube counterparts.
