    FlexQube is expanding the sales team and is now looking for a colleague that will have a key role in the sales of the FlexQube eQart, the new era of FlexQube´s smart, motorized, and modular industrial carts! The eQart Product Manager will take the role as the number one product expert, in order to manage successful sales and customer implementations of the FlexQube eQart.

    As a product manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the eQart sales and the value it will create for the FlexQube customers. The work is done in a dynamic and innovative team, all with the same goal to make FlexQube customers world leaders in intralogistics.

    We are looking for a collaborative, initiating and prestigeless HR business partner to join our HQ team in Gothenburg, but with global responsibility. As of today we have 35 employees in Sweden, USA, Mexico, Germany and UK. You will work closely and proactively with the management and employees; supporting, developing and assisting in all HR related matters.

You are able to deal with the typical issues when it comes to working with employees and are not afraid of challenging managers to think outside the box. You are motivated by strengthening managers through coaching them in their daily work and making them the best people managers possible. You have a passion for working with people and to see them grow, as well as working close to the operation.

    Job description

    Your work will encompass wide ranges of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, compensation & benefits as well as supporting management in work environment efforts and day to day HR efforts. You will be responsible for HR working across several related areas.

    • Be responsible for the whole recruitment process from screening and evaluation of candidates, to conducting interviews in order to hire the best person for the position.
    • Drive projects with the management team regarding organizational strategies and similar matters, including benefit- and compensation strategy.
    • Guide, coach and advice managers in employee development, performance, recruitment needs, employee relations and HR-issues in line with our company policy.
    • Develop and strengthen our employer branding in order to attract and retain the best employees.
    • Create strategies and support development journeys for employees.
    • Develop and further improve personnel handbook for relevant markets, policies, HR processes, strategies and KPIs.
    • Administer employee contracts and any other relevant employment-related documentation.
    • Support efficient processes for handling of the overall HR-administration, such as submission of time reports, receipts, insurances, pension plans and similar.

    Qualifications to be successful in this role:

You should want to share the knowledge you gathered throughout your career, but even more, be curious towards new ways of working. You are passionate about company culture and development, but most importantly – people. Finally, you possess a high sense of ethics, equality, confidentiality and accountability. All this, so that we can work on fulfilling the HR function’s vision.

    You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent and experience from working in a similar HR role. Since we are a global company with employees worldwide you need to master both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing any additional language is beneficial, especially German.
