We are looking for a company or individual with very strong drive and a committment to customer service and growth. Experience is secondary and we are more interested in the right personality and mindset.
The company or the individual would be a Sales Agent for FlexQube in France, representing the company towards our potential and new customers
Managing current customer accounts but more importantly drive sales at new customers
Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process (type of customers and how to find the persons to contact defined). You will keep contact with existing customers and contact new potential customers using LinkedIn, e-mails but most of the time just by making phone calls to specific people telling them about the concept and book meetings face to face.
During customer meetings describe the FlexQube concept and gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes. These requirements should be the input for quotes and designs that the FlexQube organization will help out with (back office).
You will be working in a global company where the corporate language is English
Desired skills and experience
Work involves travelling up to 4-5 days per week
High social skills and goal oriented
Strong drive and highly motivate! Wants to be part of a company in strong growth (>100% annually)
Good at working without management / finding own solutions to problems
No problem doing cold calls to potential customers
Preferably working with manufacturing / some technical skills (needed in order to gather requirements in a good way for our design engineers).
