    ABOUT THE POSITION

    FlexQube is seeking a technical salesperson who wants to be involved in managing our current customer accounts and driving sales with new customers. The main focus is on the Nordic region, followed by Poland and the Baltics.

    As a technical salesperson, you will build, maintain, and develop customer relationships with key individuals related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing, and logistics within our industrial segments. This involves contact with buyers, manufacturing managers, and engineers. You will be responsible for customer projects throughout the sales cycle, introducing the FlexQube concept, AGV and AMR solutions, managing information and requirements from customer operations and processes. You will then handle the projects from start to finish by ensuring that our design team matches the customer’s requirements.

     

    MAIN WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and development of our network of distributors and integrators
    • Collaboration with our global sales organization as many of our customers have offices in multiple countries
    • Development and implementation of strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
    • Reporting to our CEO in Mölndal
    • Expected travel is 1-3 days per week within your sales territory

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    To succeed in the role of technical salesperson, you need to have experience in technical sales, worked within the industry and/or logistics, and have an understanding of production flow. A driver’s license (B-class) and proficiency in Swedish and English are required for the position.

    MERITORIOUS:

    • Experience in project sales
    • Experience in the automation field
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics
    • Language skills beyond Swedish and English

  • FlexQube Sales Engineer (Various Locations)

    Priority Locations: Pennsylvania, California, Germany (Multiple Locations). 

    Who we look for

    To our innovative and fast-growing company we are looking for a Sales Engineer with a very strong drive and commitment to customer service and growth. The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept and driving sales for FlexQube in the Region.

    What you will do

    • Managing current customer accounts but more importantly, drive sales at new customers (most of our sales are direct to end customer)
    • Manage assigned Dealer relationships to help drive Sales
    • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing and logistics in our industry segments. This means book meetings and manage customer accounts with Purchasers, Manufacturing Managers and Engineers on the customer side mainly.
    • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization as many of our customers have locations in several countries
    • During customer meetings describe the FlexQube concept and gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes. Then manage the projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer.
    • Manage projects involving automation with our new product eQart which is a autonomous solution for material movement, yet customizable since it is based off the same standard building blocks from FlexQube.

    You will be working in a global company with sales in 25 countries+

    • Work involves travelling up to 3-4 days per week
    • Use digital tools for our communication and processes, hence a modern approach to technology is needed.
    • Work with internal and external teams to advance the Flexqube sales proposition.

    Desired skills and experiences

    • High social skills and goal-oriented
    • Strong drive and highly motivated! Wants to be part of a company in strong growth (>100% annually)
    • Good at working without management / finding own solutions to problems
    • Preferably an engineering background and experience from lean manufacturing projects especially within material handling
    • Experience from automation projects including AGV/AMR or similar equipment is preferred
    • Experience from intralogistics and supply chain logistics
    • Interested in sales work, like prospecting, analyzing potential clients and reaching out to new customers (cold calling). The majority of our leads come to us at the moment so the cold calling is limited but still an important tool as we are still a small player in the market and knowledge about our existence is limited
    • Dedicated to customer satisfaction
    • We are looking for the engineer who is customer centric and want to see happy customers!
    • Four-year college degree preferred or four years of applicable work experience.
    • CRM experience (Salesforce)
    • Must be a team player that works well with Flexqube counterparts.

    Liftrunner Tugger Train Business Manager – FlexQube

    PURPOSE OF FUNCTION

    The main purpose for the Liftrunner Tugger Train Business Manager is to support sales team and be the link between customers and LRI Germany. The Liftrunner Business Manager is responsible for risk analysis and ROI calculation for each project. This position is the subject matter expert for all things Tugger Train in North America. Liftrunner is a distributor product manufactured in Germany and often sold together with the FlexQube mechanical carts and that we already have an installed base of more than 500 units across North America.

    MAIN WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Solve problems for the customers by developing long term and standardised Tugger Train applications
    • Responsible for training customers and FlexQube employees on FlexQube products
    • Responsible for application analysis and system recommendation
    • Provide daily support to the sales team and Liftrunner projects
    • Responsible for the Liftrunner trouble shooting
    • Represent product development in operations and marketing discussions
    • Create and develop business case proposals for Liftrunner projects
    • Develop and maintain product data, BOM and pricing for the Liftrunner products
    • Develop and maintain service and installation concept for Liftrunner products
    • Develop and maintain customer- and product documentation
    • Manages Liftrunner inventory and provides priorities for open orders
    • Works with Aftermarket and service organization on Lifrunner installations
    • Manages open issues dealing with Liftrunner products
    • Manages Inventory of Liftrunner products
    • Ability to travel 30-40%
