This rotating cart comes equipped with a rotating top flat deck which helps the operators access the materials. It has an ergonomic removable handlebar for manual transportation. It also comes with a floor brake and six polyurethane casters. The tow bar that is attached is a foot release tow bar which reduces the bending to release by the operators.
