The deck rotates and can be locked in 180-degree increments with a spring-loaded foot pedal. It can be used in a Liftrunner Frame system or independently. The cart is equipped with a handlebar, floor brake, and six polyurethane casters, two fixed and four swivels making it easy to maneuver in tight areas.
