This cart was specifically designed to make it easier for the customer to hang bumpers. This cart rotates, which makes it easier for the operators to access the materials. The bumpers were hung on the arms of the structure, however, these arms could be used to hang different types of materials. This cart also comes equipped with an ergonomic handlebar and drop pin and hitch tow bar.
