Marketing Coordinator

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

We are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our marketing department. The marketing coordinator will work closely alongside the marketing manager and sales staff. The successful candidate for this role should have some experience in digital marketing, however a keen mindset and an extreme eagerness to learn is most important!

What you will do:

• Create, publish and manage our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Vimeo
• Help manage the website, by ensuring it has up to date and correct information as well as create blog and news posts regularly
• Monitor industry news and generate overviews and reports to the sales team each week
• Work alongside the marketing manager to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly marketing activities
• Research competitors and ensure we are constantly ahead in all aspects of online marketing
• Help the sales team organise incoming customer leads, and acting as an Inside Sales Assistant

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• You have some experience working with marketing, website or advertising
• You have strong attention to detail
• You have a willingness to learn
• You are a team player that can work alongside others well
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written
• You are able to adapt well to a wide range of tasks

Bonus skills:

• Knowledge with Wordpress, Drupal, WooCommerce or Shopify
• Knowledge with Google Analytics, Google Adwords & Google Tag Manager
• Experience of using the Adobe suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge in different CMS systems
• Written and spoken fluency in German, Spanish, Dutch or French

Main responsibilities

• You will be responsible for safeguarding manufacturing and distribution capacity where as of now the company have two main distribution centers, one in Sweden and one in USA
• Safeguard long term capacity for manufacturing and assembly
• Link between Sales Managers/Project Managers and Design
• Planning and sourcing of long lead time items
• Supplier price negotiations
• Supplier development and quality management of purchased material and services
• Inventory management (cash flow optimization)
• Lead time reduction initiatives
• Gross margin improvement initiatives
• Production development (in close relation with CTO) for new manufacturing methods and gross margin increasing activities to lower cost for material and parts used in our products
• Scanning and implementation of new manufacturing technologies
• Material picking and cart assembly concepts
• Packaging and delivery concepts

Other responsibilites

• As we continue to grow we will add more staff to our Supply Chain organization but the SCM must also be able to take care of the following tasks from time to time
• Manage Order Desk, Purchasing and Expediting of orders
• Receive and handle customer orders
• Update BOM in ERP system (currently Monitor being used)
• Register new customers in system and documents related to that
• Maintain Price lists
• Maintain part data in ERP system (drawings, revisions, part codes, prices)
• Handle orders (customer orders, manufacturing orders and purchase orders) in ERP system
• Do planning of orders (both customer order and supplier orders) in ERP system
• Manage instructions for main distribution centers to do the picking, assembly and shipping
• Inform customers about delivery dates and tracking of orders
• Calculate shipping costs before quoting of carts
• Make quotes

• We are looking for our first Sales Manager in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for our innovative company that just got listed on Nasdaq OMX in Sweden.
• FlexQube offers a robust, modular and flexible concept to build industrial carts. Since the start in 2010 we have been growing rapidly and on December 14 2017 we got listed on Nasdaq OMX in Sweden. To further expand our growth we are now looking for a Sales Manager in Germany that will be a key player for us in order to gain market share on this major market. 
• We already now sell in Germany but using sales representatives from Sweden. 
• You will be hired by our new company FlexQube GmbH a subsidiary of FlexQube AB in Sweden.
• We are looking for a person with very strong drive and a committment to customer service and growth. Experience is secondary and we are more interested in the right personality and mindset. 
• Our Sales Process includes what we call DesignOnDemand where the customer interacts in a web meeting with a designer in Sweden and the Sales person to develop the custom made solutions together. In this case that also means that the designer in Sweden will be your team mate and you will host these meetings in German. 
• Location in the German is flexible
• Your title will be Sales Manager Germany
• Managing current customer accounts but more important drive sales at new customers (both direct and through our partners)
• Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and do a lot of onsite visits to major industrial companies, distribution centers and warehouses.
• Travelling and meet customers face to face 3-4 days a week in Germany (mainly) and Austria, Switzerland and potentially Poland.
• During customer meetings describe the FlexQube concept and gather information and requirements about the customers’ business and processes. These requirements should be the input for quotes and designs that the FlexQube organization will help out with (back office).
• Handle orders and be the link between the operations part of our organization and the customer, update on lead times and fix problems/changes to orders etc.
• The person will also visit and entertain the different partnerships FlexQube, e.g. with STILL GmbH and make sure they are up to date with the latest product offerings and presentation material. 
• The person will be responsible for the presence of FlexQube at different trade shows in Germany and Europe.
• You will be working in a global company where most of our staff is located in Sweden
• Salary is divided in one fixed part and also a variable one depending on order intake. Company car will also be part of the package.
