  • Sales Manager North America - Duncan, South Carolina

    You will be responsible for our regional Sales Managers and our Dealer Network in North America and your team are responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept and drive sales for FlexQube. You will report directly to our CEO.

    Examples of main work tasks:

    • Leading a team of sales representatives in USA and Mexico and other potential markets in the future. In addition, you will support our dealer network across North America and coach them in their sales development.
    • Provide hands-on sales leadership by visiting customers and coaching the team on a regular basis
    • Assessing, planning, and actively managing the team to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency through accurate forecasting and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Closing major deals and framework agreements
    • Own and drive sales on key strategic accounts
    • Actively work on digitizing our sales process to make it more scalable
    • Manage and implement sales forecast, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
    • Analyze pipeline and lead data to enhance conversion rates, understand buying behaviors, and win/loss assessment
    • Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales, marketing, and product organization
    • Build a high performing sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, and training employees

  • Sales Engineer - Dallas, Texas

    Our Sales Engineers are responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept and driving sales for FlexQube together with our current team.

    Example of main work tasks:

    • Managing current customer accounts and drive sales to new customers
    • Build, maintain and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing, and logistics
    • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization for synergy effects
    • Manage the sales projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer
    • Manage projects involving automation with our new product eQart which is an autonomous solution for material movement, yet customizable since it is based on the same standard building blocks from FlexQube.

    You are expected to travel 3-4 days a week within your sales region and you will be working from home when not traveling. Our manufacturing site in the US is in Swainsboro, GA and you will be working in a global company with sales in 30 countries. You will report directly to our CEO who’s located in Sweden.
